Welcome to Best100LawFirms.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of law firms in our Early Bird Membership program, including Basic, Gold, and Platinum Membership tiers. By accepting our invitation, completing the application process, or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Invitation Process

1.1. Nomination and Invitation:
Participation in the Early Bird Membership is by invitation only. Law firms are nominated based on their reputation, achievements, and client satisfaction.

1.2. Application Submission:
Upon receiving an invitation, the firm must submit a completed application form within 3 calendar days of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from further consideration.

1.3. Evaluation Criteria:
Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Client satisfaction and feedback.
• Case success rate and mediation outcomes.
• Professional achievements, awards, and accolades.
• Expertise in practice areas.
• Regional representation needs.

1.4. Evaluation Outcome:
If the firm meets the evaluation criteria, Best100LawFirms.com will contact the firm with the next steps.

2. Onboarding Process

2.1. Next Steps:
Once notified of selection, the firm must complete the onboarding documentation and submit it within 5 calendar days. Failure to meet this deadline will result in disqualification.

2.2. Onboarding Timeline:
The entire onboarding process, including evaluation and documentation, will be completed within 10 calendar days.

2.3. Membership Fee Payment:

• Firms that successfully complete onboarding will receive an individual payment link for the membership fee based on their selected tier.
• Payment must be made within 3 calendar days of receiving the payment link. Failure to pay within this period will result in disqualification.

2.4. Membership Fee Details:
The membership fee is a one-time payment with no additional charges during the membership period. The specific features and benefits of each tier are detailed in the comparison table available on our website. Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of termination as outlined in Section 8.2. Firms are encouraged to review all terms and ensure compliance before proceeding with payment.

3. Membership Tiers and Features

3.1. Basic Membership:

• Includes a detailed company profile, descriptions of practice areas, and featured attorney profiles (up to 25 attorneys).
• Pricing: $399/year for up to 10 attorneys, $499/year for 10-25 attorneys.

3.2. Gold Membership:

• Exclusively available during the Early Bird phase.
• Includes all features of Basic Membership, plus priority support and enhanced publishing capabilities.
• Pricing: One-time fee of $599 for 5 years.

3.3. Platinum Membership:

• Exclusively available during the Early Bird phase.
• Includes all features of Gold Membership, plus additional publishing options, industry insights, and dedicated support.
• Pricing: One-time fee of $2,300 for 5 years or $4,500 for 10 years

4. Exclusivity of Gold and Platinum Memberships

Gold and Platinum Memberships are exclusively available to law firms that join during the Early Bird phase. While these tiers may not be offered immediately after the Early Bird phase concludes, any future availability of Gold and Platinum Memberships will be at the sole discretion of Best100LawFirms.com. Firms that join outside the Early Bird phase will primarily be eligible for Basic Membership unless otherwise determined.

These exclusive tiers are reserved for law firms recognized for their exceptional quality and leadership in the legal industry. The limited availability of Gold and Platinum Memberships underscores their prestige and ensures that only the finest firms are featured during the Early Bird phase.

5. Support Levels

Support during the membership period will be provided based on the selected membership tier:

• Basic Membership: Email support.
• Gold Membership: Priority support via email and Slack.
• Platinum Membership: Dedicated support via email and Slack.

6. Membership Obligations

6.1. Commitment to Quality:
All firms must maintain the standards outlined in their evaluation, including consistent client satisfaction and excellence in legal services.

6.2. Content Submission:
Firms are responsible for submitting accurate and up-to-date information for their profiles, including attorney bios, practice areas, and firm achievements.

7. Fees and Renewals

7.1. One-Time Payment:
Membership fees are a one-time payment and cover the full membership duration as per the selected tier.

7.2. Renewal Terms:

• Basic Membership: Renewal fees are subject to prevailing market rates at the time of renewal.
• Gold Membership: Gold Memberships secure a one-time fee of $599 for 5 years. After the initial 5-year period, the price is not guaranteed for renewal. Firms wishing to renew must meet the required quality standards and will be offered a renewal at prevailing market rates, which may include monthly pricing options.
• Platinum Membership: Platinum Memberships are offered for a one-time fee of $2,300 for 5 years or $4,500 for 10 years. Platinum Members benefit from a price-lock guarantee after 10 years, provided they continue to meet the required quality standards outlined by Best100LawFirms.com. This ensures long-term stability and rewards firms for maintaining excellence.

8. Termination

8.1. Best100LawFirms.com reserves the right to terminate membership if:

• The firm fails to maintain the required quality standards.
• Payment deadlines are not met.
• Inaccurate or misleading information is submitted during onboarding.

8.2. While Gold and Platinum Members secure their membership for 5 or 10 years with a one-time fee, Best100LawFirms.com reserves the right to terminate a membership if the firm’s reputation is significantly questioned, damaged, or if the firm fails to meet the high standards required to remain in our exclusive network.

In such cases, any unused portion of the membership fee will be refunded based on the remaining months of membership. For example, a firm with a 5-year (60-month) Gold Membership removed after 2 years and 4 months (27 months) will receive a refund for the equivalent of 33 unused months (60 – 27 = 33 months).

Refunds for unused portions of the membership fee will be processed within 30 days of termination. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining months of membership and communicated to the firm promptly.

This policy ensures that Best100LawFirms.com maintains its commitment to excellence while providing clients with the highest level of trust and quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

Best100LawFirms.com will not be held liable for:

• Loss of business or reputation resulting from disqualification or termination.
• Any delays caused by incomplete submissions from the firm.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Georgia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.

11. Amendments

Best100LawFirms.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to all active members.
